Immediately after the first edition, the Sea Dance festival was declared “the best mid-European festival” at the European Festival Awards held in Groningen in January 2015. The fifth Sea Dance festival moved to Buljarica in Budva, where the biggest world and regional music stars performed on seven stages from August 30 to September 1. In a short time, Sea Dance gained international media attention, with an article in Forbes magazine ranking Sea Dance Festival, along with EXIT Festival, in the Top 10 European Summer Festivals.
